Pay of Scale for the Supervisor Post is RS. 25, 000/- per month.
Pay of Scale for the Archival Assistant Post is RS.22, 000 / - per month.
Pay of scale for the Mender post is RS. 9, 000 /- per month.
Pay of scale for the Helper post is RS. 8, 000 / - per month.

Educational Qualification:

The Candidates who are wish to apply for the post of Supervisor must be Retired Archivist / ADA from National Archives of India or Candidates having 15 years working experience in National Archives are eligible.
The Candidates who are wish to apply for the post of Archival Assistant must have done in Modern Indian History with having knowledge of Computer.
The Candidates who are wish to apply for the post of Mender post must have done 10^th class.
The candidates who are wish to apply for the post of Helper must have done 8^th class.

Age Limit: The Candidates who wish to apply for the post of Archival Assistant must have below 4o years old. The candidates who wish to apply for the post of Supervisor age limit for them is not mentioned and The Candidates have to refer notification for other and more detail.
