Educational Qualification: For MMRDA recruitment education qualification for the different posts should be as follows:
For Transportation Planner education qualification should be Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Planning & Post Graduate Degree in Transportation Planning or its equivalent with 3 years’ experience in the field of Transportation Planning.
For Dy. Lands & Estate Manager education qualification should be Degree of any faculty of recognized University & Should have minimum 5 years’ experience on Supervisory post (Tahasildar/ Nayab Tahasildar/ above).
For Dy. Transportation Planner education qualification should be Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Planning & Post Graduate Degree in Transportation Planning or its equivalent.

Age Limit: MMRDA recruitment, age of the candidates should be between 33 years to 38 years. There would be different age limits for the different posts. For more details read official notification. MMRDA recruitment, age relaxation is applicable for these 11 vacancies as per the Government Rules.
