Qualification: For SAIL recruitment education qualification for the

Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee) education qualification should be
Matriculation and 3 years full time Diploma in relevant discipline of
Engineering.
For
Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee) education qualification should be
Matriculation and ITI (full time) in relevant trades only.
