The Tamil Nadu postal Circle is
going to fill 227 vacancies at various posts of Multi – Tasking Staff for details

candidates who have completed their matriculation or the candidates who are ITI
qualified are eligible to apply for the aid recruitment if they are in the of
the age specified in the eligibility criteria which is given herewith. Candidates who find themselves eligible for

Educational
Qualification: The
candidate is required to have passed matriculation or ITI exams from recognized
board or institution.
Dates for
receiving application: 5th March, 2014
Pay Scale: The pay scale will be from Rs.
5,200 to Rs. 20,200 along with grade pay of Rs. 1800 and other admissible
allowance.
Age Limit: The
candidates should be of age between 18 to 27 years as on 5th March,
2014. (Relaxation is also available to reserved candidates).
Application Fees: The
candidates have to pay Rs. 25 as application fees and Rs. 175 as examination
fees. The candidates falling in the category of SC / ST / Physically
Handicapped / Women do not have to pay examination fees they have to pay only
Rs. 25 for application fees.
Fee payment mode: The
fees will be accepted at any post office with e-payment facility. You will have
to provide your name, name of the examination and division and make payment of
fees and receive the original fee payment receipt.
Subjects included in aptitude test: General Knowledge, Mathematics, English and Tamil (Regional
Language).

- Find the application format
- Fill the same appropriately
- Put the application form, supporting documents, self addressed envelope, stamp of Rs. 40, 2 extra passport sized photographs and original fee payment receipt in an envelope and superscribe the same with “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF MTS: ___________________DIVISION”
- Send the same through speed post to the different address given in official notification for different posts.
- Sending through speed post is mandatory.
Selection
Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis of
merit of aptitude test.
