There is a requirement of Public
Service Commission (PSI) at 1131 posts at online.bsscpatna.com. To fulfill the vacancies, the West Bengal Public Service Commission
(WBPSC) has announced the notification at online.bsscpatna.com. Applications have been invited from public to
fill such posts. Eligibility criteria have been set by the West Bengal Public
Service Commission (WBSSC) for the post of Police Sub Inspector (PSI). The
official notification must be referred before applying for the post of PSI
announced by the WBPSC.

candidates will be paid Rs. 6, 240/-.
Age Limit: The eligible age limit for the post of PSI is 18 to 40 years as on
1st January, 2014. (Age relaxation is also available as per
government rules)

Educational
Qualification: Candidates should have passed Madhyamik Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary
Education or equivalent exams. The candidates must also be able to read, write
and speak in Bengali / Nepali.

Application Fees: The candidates of unreserved category have to pay total of Rs. 220
as application fees which consists of Rs. 200 for examination fees and Rs. 20
for processing fees. While the candidates falling in the category of SC / ST /
Person with Disabilities has to pay only Rs. 20 of Processing fees.
