The West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has come out with the recruitment for the various posts in Group 1. The TNPSC is set up to provide superior civil services to public. Deputy Superintendent of Police - 33 Posts
Assistant Commissioner (C.T.) - 33 Posts
Assistant Director of Rural Development Department - 10 Posts

Pay Scale: Rs.15,600/- to Rs. 39,100/- along with grade pay of Rs. 5,400/-.

Educational Qualification:
  • Deputy Collector – The candidate must be graduate.
  • Deputy Superintendent of Police – The candidate must have the Degree or Diploma in Criminology and Forensic Science.
  • Assistant Commissioner (C.T.) – The candidate must be Graduate.
  • Assistant Director of Rural Development Department – The candidate must be a post graduate.

Dates of Application: 29th December, 2013 to 28th January, 2014

Age Limit: 21 to 35 Years as on 1st July, 2013 (Relaxation available as per notification)

Application Fees: Rs. 125 for general and Rs. 50 for others.

How to Apply: Visit the site www.tnpsc.gov.in or in www.tnpscexams.net ==> Register with the site ==> Upload the scanned photograph and Signature  in .jpg format ==> Click on the link given “Examination” ==> Select the link “Apply Online” and select “Application Form” ==> Fill the application form given in different steps ==> Take a print out of the Challan by clicking on “Generate E- Challan” button given on the site or the fees also can be paid online ==>Provide the details required like Registration Number and Date of Birth ==> save and print the challanàPay Fees with the Help of Challan à submit the application and take print out of the application.

Selection Procedure: The candidates will be first filtered by taking the written test and then the candidates will be called for interview on the basis of the merit of written test.
