Educational
Qualification:
- Ayush Doctor (Ayurvedic / Homeopathic): The candidate should have the degreed of BAMS / BHMS and should be registered with Odisha State Council of Ayurvedic / Homoeopathic Medicine along with completed internship.
- Pharmacist: The candidate must have completed the diploma in pharmacy and approved by PCI.
- Staff Nurse / A.N.M.: The candidate should have completed 12th / HSC along with the A.N.M. course from the recognized institute or must have completed the General Nursing & Midwifery from recognized nursing school.
Last date of
submission of hard copy of application: 10th January, 2014.
Age Limit:
- Ayush Doctor (Ayurvedic / Homeopathic) – The candidate should be of age between 21 to 37 years.
- Pharmacist – The candidate should be of age between 21 to 32 years.
- Staff Nurse / A.N.M.- The candidate should be of age between 21 to 32 years.
