Age Limit: 18 to 27 years as on 1^st January, 2014.

Pay Scale: Rs. 7,100 to Rs. 37,600 along with Grade Pay of Rs. 3,200/-.

Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent.

Exam Fees: Rs. 220 for all candidates and Rs. 20 for the candidates falling under the category of SC / ST.

Minimum Physical Measurements required:

· For Candidates of all categories – Height 167 cms., Chest 78 cms. normal and on expansion it should expand upto 5 cms., Weight must be proportionate to Height and age as per medical standard.

· For Candidates of Gorkhas, Garwalies, Rajbansis and Scheduled Tribes – Height 160 cms., Chest 76 cms. normal and on expansion it should expand upto 5 cms., Weight must be proportionate to Height and age as per medical standard.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis of Written Test followed by Physical Measurement and Interview.

Women Candidates are not eligible for the post.
