is working on behalf of the state government of Manipur as it is governed by
the Act of Manipur Legislative Assembly for providing the secondary education
in the state. Thousands of students are getting best secondary education under
the schools that follow rules and regulations of Board of Secondary Education
Manipur (BSEM). The Board is in service since the year 1972. After the
amendment in the act in 2004, the <b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">Board
also looks after the education of standard first to eighth.</b></span></div>
